Csaba Muzsnay has extensive experience in General management, Sales & Marketing management and Operations management gained at global market leader multinationals ( British American Tobaco, Mendelez, Unilever, Bosch, Dunkin’Donuts) and first generation market leader private companies ( Cristim, Fornetti, Hilltop, Principal Healthcare International, Innopharma) in the FMCG ( tobacco, food, wine, pharma), Fast Food and power tools sector in senior management positions in Hungary, Romania and Central & Eastern Europe (from which 10 Years with British American Tobacco in 4 markets)

- Implementing successfully Direct Sales (Direct Store Delivery) in 4 different countries
- Implementing, restructuring and run Sales & Distribution organizations between 50-600 people in 7 different markets
- LEAN management and process optimisation
- Implementing ERP to large organization (1300 employees)
- Developing and implementing company and department processes and procedures in 7 different countries
- Facilitating top down through the organization different functional training programs( Sales Excellence, Distribution Excellence, Strategic Key Account Management, Brand Excellence and Production Management)
- Enforcement of the economic interest of the company in the legislation, media and industry organisations
Graduated as a chemist, has an MBA diploma from Case Western Reserve University, Weatherhead School of Management in International Management and Marketing and speaks as a native Hungarian and Romanian, fluently English and basic German and Italian.
